Chef Krystina Kalapothakos and her team bring a wealth of professional experience combined with a lifetime of personal history, weaving their passion for Greek culture and cuisine into each of the unique adventures they create. With deep roots in Greece, Krystina’s culinary expertise has been shaped by years of family traditions and a lifelong dedication to bringing the flavors of Greece to the world. Joining forces with Chef David, a seasoned Executive Chef with 13 years of experience in London’s top restaurants, we combine the best of both worlds: Greek and Venetian cuisines. David’s culinary journey has been marked by a focus on Greek and Venetian flavors, blending the influences of both rich culinary traditions. His time working as an Executive Chef in London has honed his skills and deepened his appreciation for high-end, authentic dining, while still honoring the simplicity and rustic charm of traditional Greek cooking.
